I struggled with sleep and weight gain my whole life, even though I considered myself a pretty healthy eater. It wasn’t until I was met with infertility (my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half) when I decided to seek help. Lacie took the time to really listen to me as I talked about my eating habits, stress levels, sleeping patterns, and overall health. She was so thorough in our conversations and took the time to provide information relevant to my health. The whole process was extremely eye-opening, and Lacie helped me make small changes that resulted in big transformations. Instantly, I was able to sleep better, and within three months of our initial meeting, I got pregnant.
